What is the best way to reheat my Levain cookies?
For the ultimate experience, we recommend heating your cookies in a 350°F oven for 5 to 8 minutes until they are warm and gooey on the inside.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
We currently offer a delicious Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Walnut cookie. While we do not have a vegan option at this time, we are always experimenting with new recipes in our test kitchen.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Yes, once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can follow your cookies' journey.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or it arrives damaged, please contact our team immediately for a resolution.
How long do the cookies stay fresh?
Our cookies are best enjoyed within 2-3 days of arrival. If you want to save them for later, they can be stored in the freezer for up to one month in an airtight container.
